FABRICATION and REPAIR

Equipment repairs have been part of our business from the beginning.
A variety of jobs have been shown here just to give an idea of the possibilities.

Often a job will be done if parts are no longer available from the OEM, or if time constraints are a factor.

The trailer hub was repaired because it was no longer available.

Likewise, neither the steering sector from an older tractor or the pneumatic piston were available from the manufacturer.

The two spline repairs were time issues rather than availability, although they did save the customer money over the cost of new parts.

The cattle trailer was completely framed with heavy wall rectangular tubing replacing the original rusted structure and the hopper bottom grain trailer was completely rebuilt.  We built a die set to corrugate new sheet metal sides to match the old material and replaced the complete running gear with a unit from a newer trailer.

We have done quite a few hopper bottom replacements and built tandem dollies and complete trailers.

Hydraulic repairs and mechanical drives of all kinds are also done regularly
